  • Dothan Civic Center, Dothan, AL, Replaced existing HVAC system, consisting of 18 new Trane® built-up AHU’s with CHW coils served by 1 new 400-ton Trane® Centrifugal Chiller and 1 existing 400-ton Centrifugal Chiller. Re-piped the mechanical room.
  • Buildings 146 & 308, Fort Rucker, AL for ACTUS Lend Lease – PAL, Removed existing 2 pipe FCU’s, installed 453 new Water Source Heat Pumps, 2 new Evapco Closed Circuit Coolers, pumps and piping. Bringing both 5-story buildings up to Holiday Inn Standards.
  • CSC Flight School, Daleville, AL Repaired two 450-ton Air Cooled Chillers.
  • CB&T Bank, Enterprise, AL Repaired existing 60-ton Air Cooled Chiller.
